Exploration of shaded vs. non-shaded teas. Tasting flight : Senchas Hot brew and Warm brew (Unshaded teas)
How water temperature and steeping time affect the taste of tea.
Tasting flight of Obubu Farm teas : Gyokuro and single-cultivar Matcha.
